Can I run multiple HitLeap Viewers?
Yes, if you have access to multiple computers, you can run one instance of the HitLeap Viewer on each of them. That's, of course, if they also have different IP addresses.
Do I have to run the HitLeap Viewer?
Since hits are automatically delivered to your websites, you don't have to run the HitLeap Viewer as long as you have available Hits on your account balance.
How long does it take for me to receive my first Hits?
It takes up to 10 minutes for your account balance to get updated with freshly earned Hits. It takes the same time to start receiving hits after submitting a website.
How do I check if the hits are delivered to my website?
We recommend using a web analytics service such as Google Analytics. You can also shorten and submit your website through an intermediate tracker such as bit.ly to see the statistics about received hits.
How much website traffic can HitLeap deliver?
It depends on the availability of hits and the Daily Hits Limit you have configured for your website. You can increase the amount of traffic you receive per day by submitting the same site multiple times. That also means more Hits are consumed.

What are HitLeap Viewer Slots?
HitLeap Viewer slots indicate the number of HitLeap Viewer instances you can run at the same time. Each HitLeap Viewer instance must have a different IP address.
What is the Visit Duration?
Visit duration is the amount of time that each visitor spends on your website. Each Traffic Quality level offers a different visit duration.
What is the Traffic Source feature?
Traffic Source is how the origin of your traffic will be displayed. You can choose to receive direct hits or visitors from a variety of custom sources such as referral, organic search, or social. Read more →
What is the Bounce Rate Reduction feature?
When this option is enabled, you will receive hits with a reduced bounce rate. It will also help Google Analytics and similar to calculate the visit duration metric more accurately.
What is the Geotargeting feature?
You can choose one or more countries from where you wish to receive hits. The list of countries to choose from is based on the availability of traffic from them. Please note that selecting a specific country may come with reduced delivery speed.
